Is there command line access on the Arris BGW210?

doubtful. the BGW210 was a direct to ISP device and they tend to make those more locked down

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. 

Please contact your ISP for the same
