I want to source the dimensions or 3D file for the Arris CM3500 modem as my country will soon receive these as an upgrade to our governments broadband network, and I wish to start trialing out 3D prints for a rackmount.

I initially contacted commscope who informed me vantiva purchased all modems/routers as of Jan 2024
vantiva's website directed all arris queries to surfboard.com so this should be the place to ask?
Australia currently use the Arris CM8200 which is widely documented with dimensions, mounting options and cad files
There is little to no information regarding dimensions or mounting options for the new CM3500 modem without physically measuring it
Who should i be contacting to request at least basic dimensions
