In regards to my previous question here:
I had purchased a new router and tested it, which does not have any issue stated in the above topic.
The firmware version is A1.00.004-190802
The issue happened in firmware version: A1.03.008-201105.
Now I wish to know how can I upgrade my firmware version.

Hello Sue.Koh,
This device is not a device supported by us directly, since it is meant for service providers however, doing some research I was able to find the manual and it looks like it downloads the firmware by itself from the provider. So if there’s a newer version of it, it will automatically do it when is not being used.

Thank you for the quick response. As I purchased the device myself, so it seems that there is no way to update the firmware since the provider isn’t meant for this device.
