Hi, just bought the Arris surfboard docsis 3.1 I’ve been having trouble with the wifi on my PC. When I plug in the ethernet cord it’s green on the router but orange on my PC any ideas why? Anyone know where I can find a longer Ethernet cord from Arris that’s a 30v.

What actual device do you have? Some are modem only and some are modem/router combo devices.
Is your pc gigabit capable? Did you look up in the manual for your pc what the orange lan light is? That’d be the key for that one.
And I have no idea where you’re going/doing for a 30v ethernet cable. Are you trying to do something POE? What are you actually attempting?
