ARRIS warranty applies to SURFboard products purchased directly from ARRIS or from an authorized ARRIS retail reseller like Amazon, and Best Buy. Please reach out to Consumer Support at arris.com/consumersupport to check your eBay seller is an authorized ARRIS retail reseller.
