I can’t get my computer to connect to the modem. Our phones and iPad do. The computer logs in elsewhere.

When you see the modem logs in elsewhere, what do you mean? That it is connecting to a different network? Or, that you can connect to other networks outside the home, but not the ax3000 in the home? Is the computer Mac or Windows or ??? If it is Windows, when you go to ‘Network and Internet” > ‘WiFi’, do you see your network displayed? Do you have SSID broadcast turned on or off? Trying to understand where in the process the failure is occuring.

Could you let us know if you are able to connect the internet to all of your devices?

Are you able to see the Wi-Fi network names on your devices? If not please do a Factory Reset and check the Wi-Fi network names again as it will go to the default Wi-Fi Network  names

Check the link below for the Factory Reset
