battery backup

ATT says that their modem, to which a phone line is attached, does not havarris doesn’t haveit, who does?  Please give their contac ine a battery backup.  Is this true? Does Arris have a battery backup for the modem?  If so, what is it?  If so, please give their contact info.  Thank you.

You could just pickup a decent UPS (backup power supply) to run it. Probably cheaper than a proprietary battery setup. I did it on mine and I think it was like 50$ and I run my modem/router/server off it for unstable power in my area. 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
