I am using the default 2.4G SSID and password. How do I change them to my desired WiFi name and password?

That is not the model number. The model number normally is located on the front panel of your ARRIS unit, just below the lights normally our model numbers start with “SB”, “SBG”, “SBR”, “SVG”, “SBV or “G”
