Hello. I’m trying to change my wifi password. I’ve been reading the online form to be able to achieve this. However. When I enter requested 192.168.0.1 it doesn’t load

In this case to help you further could you please provide us the modem model number. If the modem GUI page is not loading please do try on different web browsers or use different device which is connected to the modem network.

Tried all that, still doesn’t work. I got help else where.

Could you disconnect the co-axial cable from the modem and accessing the GUI web portal.

Also, please let us know the product model number.
