I have my device all set up and I double checked with my service provider that the Internet would connect to the modem. As far as my service provider goes, I have an access to the Internet from their end. They said the Internet is activated and everything should be fine. However, I still can’t connect to the Internet and my lights on the modem are flashing blue. I set up the device using the mobile app and everything should be working yet. It is not. I tried calling customer service, but they’re only available during the weekday. At the bottom of the instructions for installation, it says that I need to use an ethernet cable and connect it to a computer. My computer does not have that capabilities nor do I have a gaming system that would allow me to do that. How do I get my Internet to work after I’ve paid for this $50 device?
