can i use my phone hotspot for connecting my surfbord  ? i cant seem to find the setting SBG700AC

Hello rwright,

Is it sbg7400ac or sbg7600ac ? 

If it is either one of them then hot spot will not work  on  Surfboard Central App , to work on it you need to connect  Arris WiFi Network Name (2.4GHz or 5GHz) and then proceed.
