I have a sump pump alarm I am trying to connect but it will not work on 5G. How do I configure my modem Sb6121 to accept my new device? I tried going to the modem’s ip address but there was no way to change the settings.

Sb6121 is just a cable modem it doesn't have any advanced configuration or setup so you need to check for these steps on the router interface if you have router connected to your modem for WIFI.
