How to OPEN UDP Ports 500, 123 , 4500 on Arris Surfboard

Forum|alt.badge.img

Trying to link a cellspot to my Arris Surfboard and it will not link up through ethernet connection, says it has to have UDP ports 123, 500 and 4500 “opened” for them to communicate ….

Logged into Surfboard , I cannot find anything referencing these ports ….

Any help would be greatly appreciated … Thank you
