I have a router called ARRIS OFD1. the only problem is that I can't login my account and I don't know why. also, I can't change the password and I really need to do it. Please help

Couldn’t find any modem with this model number so please help us with the modem’s model number
Can you also let us know that which password you wanna change - GUI credentials or the Wi-Fi credentials.
