incorrect password while scanning QR code on SBC app

When I scan the provided QR code, an error message pops up stating the password is incorrect. This is a brand new product.

In this case you can try entering the credentials manually on the page.

Do you see this error on the surfboard central app or on the service provider app?

Could you please help us with your modem model number as well
