White peanut style Surfboard has no lights of any kind. I recently swapped the UPS uninterrupted power supply it is plugged in to but all other devices on the UPS are working and I have tried multiple inputs on the UPS. Anything short of replacing it I might try? If not, what would be the nearest new model replacement? And it’s connected to a 10 GB switch - does that go before or after the Surfboard in line (just checking - I have it after)?

not sure what model you have (you didn’t put a model number).
When swapping the ups, did the power supplies get swapped? I’ve seen wrong one used and either cause a non-boot or frying a device
