I just bought a weather station and want to connect it to house wifi. I figure the way to do that is on the Arris control panel. Tried using ‘admin’ and the Preshared Key, but I can’t log in.
It is an older unit (2014-2015), from WOW!. SN: 9B72G168K500682
For the modem login page GUI or the web interface you need to use the default login credentials if this is your first time login so to help you with the steps could you please help us with your modem model number.
