i’m trying to login to my arris so i can turn off wifi in order to set up a mesh routing system and i could login yesterday, but today the page is not loading. I’m getting this error message “The webpage at http://192.168.0.1/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.”

Any tips?

In this case you can try accessing GUI on the web interface using different web browsers also try on different devices connected to modem network. could you also please help us with your modem model number.
