I am attempting to follow the prompts in the app to set up my modem. However the led lights do not turn on as expected. What do I do?

did you get it activated by your isp?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
