Did you chat with your ISP?

It could be as simple as giving the make and model of your new modem to the technical staff at your ISP along with the MAC address on the modem label.  They can help you with cable routing as well.

Nothing the forums can do. Your isp has to activate it. Did you try this? 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
