Since you are having a gateway product, it is necessary to know the login credentials of the web manager page which is 192.168.0.1, the best way to login is to type the user name and password in lower case as shown below:
user name : admin and password :password (if the password is not customized) , once its typed in you will be able to see the “Gateway Page” from here you can start to access it ,
Could you also help us to know the modem number so it will be easy for us to help you more further .
