In order to get a service from Xfinity I would need el Network Namen and Pasword of my modem. Given that the modem is Motorotola I asked them about that. Motorola sent me an email telling:
“Based on the MAC address provided, the device appears to be an Arris modem. The older Motorola modems, the Surfboards, were manufactured by them.
Please reach out to Arris's customer support for further assistance with addressing the issue you're experiencing with your modem: https://arris.my.salesforce-sites.com/consumers/ConsumerProductSupport.”
The information printed on the bottom label:of the modem is:
SURFboard Model: SB6121
