Just purchase and installed a new sb200 V3. Xfinity package is 300 MBS. Was on the phone 2 hours and all they did was reset and reset and reset the modem. Did not produce 300 MBS. They want to send out a technician. Is it possible that there is an RF filter upstream capping my speed to 100 MBS?
