this is on their customer support page, right now it’s 8 am on Saturday, but the chat is unavailable! Also, they don’t list their phone number on their website (basic information for a legit company, why you hide it?), I had to google to find the number, needless to say, no one was working, and the voice message kept telling me “our chat support is available from Monday to Saturday!
It’s a big lie!
