The online light will not co.e on and says no internet connection we unplugged it and reset it still nothing! Frustrating

What device do you have? 

Did you check with your isp?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
