Why is all my lights blue and on but when I login to my account to see, it says that my internet is not connected?

did you check with the ISP? 

The ISP has to provision it to their service

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
