no Internet connection

Earlier today lost power then I lost my Internet connection. After unplugging and plugging it in and spectrum sending a signal. I’m still unable to get Internet. I called spectrum and since my router was showing online, they recommended I call my router manufacturer, which is you. Can you help me with this?
