Just got a arris wi-go and voice modem. My device is telling me, it’s connected to the modem but no internet. My phone works. Comcast tells me I have a strong internet signal. I have already pushed the reset button and also disconnected the cable wire, waiting for a few minutes and then reconnected the cable wire to the modem. Still no internet

If its a modem only device, you need a router.
So what modem and router do you have?
