Modem SB8200v2 is supplying internet but no wifi. Dark blue light on modem is lit. What is my problem?

Problem is in understanding. The SB8200 is a modem only device. It isn’t a router so has no routing capability or wireless.

    Problem is in understanding. The SB8200 is a modem only device. It isn’t a router so has no routing capability or wireless. 

    Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
