i have a NVG443B router courtesy of Ziply. I want to block ip’s because i see odd entries in my list. I have created an Access Control Profile, but not clear how to correctly configure it. The site says to choose “Blocked All Day”, but doesn’t seem to work. How is it suppose to work?

NVG443B is a not supported device and Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please contact your ISP for the same.
Ziply does not support the software running on the router, they referred me to Arris. So where do I go to get help on configuring the NVG443B, & why it is not working according to directions?
