Hi. I’m looking for an Arris cable modem that’s compatible with Optimum/Altice to replace the one I’ve been renting from them since I’ve had their service.
I just need a standard modem with a telephone port, I’m not looking for one with built-in Wi-Fi.
Optimum won’t provide me with any information, so I thought I would ask here.
If anyone can provide me with some information, I would appreciated it. Thanks!

We have only 2 modems which is compatible with telephone support is T25 and SVG2482AC. Both units are compatible only with Xfinity.

That I know, but my original comment was asking what modem with a telephone port is compatible with Optimum. There has to be something available.
