Pairing 2 VAP2404 devices through WPS button

Hi,
I would like to pair again 2 VAP2404 devices independantly from my Internet Box. Is it possible ?

Those 2 units were originally paired out of the factory.

Suddenly, for an unknown reason, there were no Wifi signal coming out of the Access Point one.

I decided to reset the 2 units to factory settings using the Reset button.

Then I tried to pair them again using the WPS buttons.

Is that right ?

Apparently it does not work.

What can I do ?

VAP2404 is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
