I can’t remember if I set my own password up so I used the preshared key and it isn’t working how can I get in?

In that case, it’s usually easiest to perform a factory reset. Which model are you working with?

I use: SB8200 > Google WiFi > 2 D-Link DGS-108 > 4 Google WiFi with ethernet backhaul.
