Internet was working great, had a brief power outage and disconnected SB6141 surfboard modem. I’ve tried unplugging the power and Ethernet and replugging and the only lights are the send and receive (both blue) and the link light is flashing blue. When it starts up the power light starts green but goes blank. Please help!

Please recheck the LED light status on the front panel, as sometimes the Power and Online indicators may appear as dim white lights which is normal behavior.

To verify if the modem has an active internet connection, connect a computer directly to the modem using an Ethernet cable and check for internet access.

And the flashing Link light status means that there is a  High-speed Gigabit Ethernet (1000Base-T) connection is made from the SB6141 to the computer.
