I have 3 printers and I can’t get any of them to connect to the network. One is a HP Deskjet Plus 4155, one is a Canon TS5100 series and the third is an Epson Ecotank 2803. And, I seem to have lost my sound when this modem/router got installed.

How are you trying to connect them? Wired? Wireless?
And what modem/router do you have? You didn’t put any model of what arris device you have.

Sorry - I was frustrated I wasn’t thinking about all that. However, I got online with both Microsoft Support and the maker of my laptop and all is good now. thank you for your response.
