I recently got one of these modems through some Facebook group from someone that didn't need it anymore. I'm trying to set it up and do a factory reset in order to get it to work with my internet provider, but this is frustrating to say the least.

 

If there is a number I can call for direct assistance, I'd prefer that. 

 

If not, my problem is I can't get to any of the online web addresses the ANA tells me to go to because my phone doesn't have older browsers. Seeing as that's step two in a factory reset, I'm really at a loss.

You don’t have to have older browsers. 

I’ve used the one on my android phone before. 

You could also borrow a laptop for setup
