The manual says that there should be a reset button on the Configuration screen on the web interface, but that button isn’t there.  Ideas please?  Thank you!!

SB6141 is just a cable modem so you can see the ( restore all default option ) on the modem GUI when you connect device like laptop or computer to the modem LAN port directly without coax cable connected to the modem. So please give it a try to perform reset on it.
