On install I followed the instructions, but the send/receive light remains blinking even after trying to reset it or power cycle. Everything is plugged in correctly, but still nothing has changed. The wireless 2.4 and 5 GHz are on as well.

If the signal light on the modem are flashing even after resetting please check whether your modem activated successfully or you can try self activating your modem so it will turn solid after proper activation.
