When I used to do a Speedtest that used to record the speeds. It worked all of March all of a sudden it stopped working. What is the issue? What should I do?

Could you please us with few details that on what application or which site you are doing the speed test and is that getting recorded on the same place or you do that manually? also to work on this case further please help us with the modem model number.

SBG 10 modem combo trying to use the Surfboard app. I can test it through Weather speed through Speedtest and I do have a history in the surfboard app on my devices show it shows it’s Running. Does this help?
