Existing password to login was not validated. Tried “password”. Invalid. Did 3 factory resets. Unresolved. Tried S/N last 8 digits. Invalid. I can see from initial screen that modem was factory reset. however it will not validate passwords. How to flash whatever is stuck in this modem?

For the SVG2482AC, if logging into the interface with the default credentials doesn’t work, try using the default Wi-Fi credentials instead.

Do you mean to enter SSID instead of login and network key instead of password even when i am not using wifi interface?
