T25 is not compatible with Optimum service provider is only compatible with Xfinity.

Which modem is compatible.  I bought Arris Touchstone TM1602 and it works fine with my tv and internet but not with my phone. Need one that works with all three.

TM1602 is the telephony modem. It will work through hardwired  and it supports telephone connection.

If the telephone line is not working, I suggest you to contact your internet service provider for further assistance.

If you looking for Wi-Fi connection, TM1602 is not compatible.

I suggest you to buy svg2482ac. This is Wi-Fi cable modem and it will help you to connect the internet both hardwired, Wi-Fi and telephone support.
