Hey folks , I can’t access my modem login when I type it into my browsers address bar my browser says “site not secure” and won’t let me proceed. Any help I can receive is greatly appreciated!

Also , I plugged my computer directly to the modem and went to Ethernet to logon direct that way . When I go to command prompt and enter IPCONFIG and use the default gateway like that , the browser is saying no such site or this site can’t be reached
