I was told I could get all the information I needed through the GUI.  What is that and how do I do it?

GUI is another way of calling the Web Manager or Web Interface of your device. To be able to get to the Web Manager, you need a connection from a computer directly to the Modem using an Ethernet cable. Once you have that connection, you open up a Web Browser on your computer (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc), and go to 192.168.100.1. There you will be able to get the information you are looking for.
