can I record on a vcr with this arris digitalcable box?

what arris cable box is it? 
And it’d be about the vcr than it would be about the cable box. If the vcr accepts an input from the cable box for recording, it should work. But vcr’s are pretty old and I’m not sure if any accept hdmi input or coax input from a cable isp.
