I'm a Bell Fibe TV (internet) customer.  Bell provided a VIP7802 Arris android tv unit. It is connected to Bell's Home Hub 3000 modem via ethernet cable and my Samsung smart tv via HDMI cable. When I turn off both the VIP7802 and TV using Bell's TV remote why do both turn back on by themselves within 1-2 minutes?
