Hello.  I have a Surfboard router and just downloaded the app and want to make sure I have an account set up and have visibility into this device on my app.

Which app and modem do you have?  The apps are usually intuitive for users to follow the steps to create an account and use its features. 

Current Setup: Sonic Fiber > G54
