The Arris web site won’t recognize my serial Number.

Seems like i’ve been seeing that more lately with incorrect serial numbers. 

Are you having an issue with it?

Hi and thanks for getting back to me.

The model number of my modem is SB8200-V3.  Website will not recognize its serial number.

No replies have been helpful. I’ve contacted customer service several times by phone and have been told not to worry about because my modem has been registered with them and is covered.

But that's not the issue.  I can not register on your website as an owner because it will not recognize my serial number.
