When the tech helped me set up my Arris 824A modem and WiFi yesterday, we changed the default, preshared Key (password).
I am positive it was changed. I wrote it down. I tried to log in today because the network and guest network appeared in my network list but, the latter, will not connect. Neither the preshared default , nor me new password will work. Suggestions?
