Why did my wifi go out?

I was wondering why my wifi went out. I go and check my wifi box and came to see that only the power and the Downstream icon was blinking. I own a SBG7600AC2 and when I reseted the box, only the power, downstream, wifi, and signal appeared. I couldn’t figure out why the down and upstream couldn't get a signal. Please help me! SOS (Down/upstream was blinking)

    It has to lock a downstream channel and then lock and upstream. It means its not connecting to the ISP. 

    Have you checked with them?

    Could be an issue with them or provisioning the modem. 

    Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
