It is amazing to me that the Surfboard app can only be used by one person, on one phone. We can’t be the only household in which there are 2 adults who may need to manage our internet connection now and then! We put the app on my husband’s phone, thinking I would add it on mine later, since he travels a lot for work, and then I couldn’t make use of it so it is basically useless!

Yes, surfboard central app can be used only on one device for respective user, its for the security purpose and so we would suggest you to use the application on once device which is always connected to modem Wi-Fi network for better performance and your concern will be taken, we will work on the updates to make the surfboard app more useful.
